Nationwide tour featuring special guests Jake Owen and Maddie & Tae now launches July 2nd
Lady Antebellum has announced that May and June dates of their Ocean 2020 Tour have been rescheduled, with the trek now kicking off on July 2nd at Sacramento, CA’s Toyota Amphitheatre. Lady A’s headlining run featuring special guests Jake Owen and Maddie & Tae has been pushed back out of caution for fans, band and crew members, as well as venues nationwide. Tickets previously purchased will be honored for the rescheduled dates listed below. For any further ticket inquiries, fans are advised to reach out to point of purchase.
The group is the latest artist to cancel or postpone dates as the COVID-19 pandemic grows globally. Several states have issued “Stay at Home” orders with others quickly following. Only essential businesses, such as grocery stores, banks and gas stations, remain open in those states until further notice. Schools are out for at least a month, but possibly through the end of the school year. International travel has also been restricted until further notice to help combat the rapid spread of the deadly virus that originated in Wuhan, China.
More than 820k cases of the coronavirus have appeared throughout the world. The United States now leads with more than 186k cases and over 3600 deaths, the CDC says.
