Russian producer Pixelord and Manchester-based Sangam collaborate on new EP ‘City High Fantasy’, released this week Hyperboloid Records.
The EP combines Pixelord’s ear for trippy, glitchy beats with Sangam’s capacity to create expansive ambient soundscapes. The result is an intense journey through cyberspace that draws comparisons to the likes Squarepusher.

‘City High Fantasy’ follows Sangam’s 2020 album ‘Behind the Picture’ for Pure Life Records and Pixelord’s collaboration with American musician Michael Mayo ‘Cyber Hug’.
