The Kills reissuing ‘No Wow,’ playing it in full at NYC & LA shows (Hear Tchad Blake mix of title track)

The Kills recently announced headlining shows in NYC and LA along with a date opening for Jack White, and they've now revealed that they have a 17th anniversary deluxe reissue of their sophomore LP, 2005's No Wow, on the way. It features two discs, one with the original recording and the second with a new mix by Tchad Blake, and is due out June 3 via Domino. There's a deluxe edition with a gold foil gatefold LP jacket, black and gold smoke vinyl, an exclusive 5x7 print and a four-page booklet; single LP versions of the original mix on black vinyl or the new Tchad Blake mix on black or indie exclusive gold vinyl; and a 2 CD version. Take a look at the deluxe edition below.

For a first taste of the new mix, The Kills have shared the Tchad Blake version of the title track, and an accompanying video directed by Sally Walker-Hudecki, which combines her Super 8 footage and the original 2005 video, which Kenneth Cappello directed. Watch it below.

The Kills will be playing No Wow in full at their shows in NYC (June 10 and 11 at Brooklyn Steel, with Bodega) and Los Angeles (June 6 with LA Witch and June 7 with Slaughterhouse, both at The Mayan), and they're saying those are the only headline dates they've planned this year. We're giving away a pair of tickets to one of the NYC dates.
