With measures trying to stop the spread of the coronavirus, tours/festivals through spring (and into summer and the fall) are being postponed/canceled left and right. THE BLACK KEYS

The Black Keys' summer tour, which included dates with, Gary Clark Jr, Allah-Las, Jessy Wilson, The Marcus King Band, and Yola, has been canceled: "We are very disappointed to let you know the US ‘Let's Rock’ Summer tour is no longer happening. We were looking forward to seeing you all out there, but the health and safety of our fans and crew has to take priority. We hope to see you all soon. Please stay safe!

IRON MAIDEN

It's official: Iron Maiden aren't playing any shows until June 2021. (Maybe you'd like to watch a 1981 show instead?). Here's the statement:

ALANIS MORISSETTE / GARBAGE / LIZ PHAIR TOUR POSTPONED

Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill tour with Garbage and Liz Phair that was set for June and July has been postponed, details TBA:

RANCID / DROPKICK MURPHYS

Rancid have canceled their 2020 tour with Dropkick Murphys."As unfortunate as this is for all of us, we have decided it is in everyone's best interest that we cancel our Boston To Berkeley II tour," write Rancid. "We thank all of our fans that bought tickets and those working in live events for their hard work putting this tour together." Meanwhile Dropkick Murphys' hometown shows this fall are also canceled. "It’s unclear when large public events will start up again - and we don’t want your money to be tied up all summer. We want you to be able to use your cash for your family in these uncertain times."

DECIBEL FESTIVAL RESCHEDULED FOR 2021

The 2020 edition of Philly's Decibel Magazine Metal & Beer Fest was supposed to happen in April, but got postponed. They've now announced new dates: April 9-10, 2020 at the Fillmore with headliners Converge (special Jane Doe set), Napalm Death (special Harmony Corruption & Utopia Banished set) and Pig Destroyer (special Prowler in the Yard set). "Tickets for the 2020 Metal & Beer Fest: Philly dates will automatically be valid for the new dates. In the event you cannot attend, you may opt for a refund within 30 days of the new show dates being announced."

PRIMAVERA SOUND 2020 CANCELED

After getting postponed to August, Barcelona's Primavera Sound 2020 has now been canceled.

LA PRIEST

LA Priest,aka onetime Late of the Pier frontman Sam Estgate, has rescheduled his tour for the fall.

PEACH MUSIC FESTIVAL CANCELED

The 2020 edition of Scranton, PA's Peach Music Festival has been canceled, but they're announced dates for next year: July 1-4, 2020:

CHAIN FEST RESCHEDULED FOR 2021

Chain Fest, which was to have gone down May 23 at Irvine, CA’s FivePoint Amphitheatre has been postponed to May 29, 2021 at the same venue with the same lineup: Jimmy Eat World, Taking Back Sunday, Circa Survive (playing songs from Blue Sky Noise), Saves the Day (playing songs from Through Being Cool), Glassjaw (playing songs from Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Silence), Cartel (playing songs from Chroma) and Acceptance.

BEST COAST

Best Coast had rescheduled their North American tour for September and October, but now those date have been canceled. "With all of the current uncertainty surrounding the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we’ve decided it is best to cancel our September / October “rescheduled” tour dates. I struggle everyday with anxiety surrounding what’s going on in the world - and it just doesn’t feel right to do this with such a lack of clarity swirling in the air. Not to mention, we have no idea if it will even be possible. We look forward to getting back out there as soon as there are guidelines and it’s safe to tour again. I miss you all very much and hope you are taking good care of yourselves. Thank you for understanding. We will see you on the other side of this 💜⁣."
