Vincent Poag Returns With Exquisite New Album Masquerade

Vincent Poag, a singer-songwriter living in New York City, has released Masquerade, a collection of 12 timeless songs. Vincent Poag was born and reared on Long Island's Massapequa. He was exposed to the Broadway musical era as a child, having been born in the 1950s. Poag got his first guitar when he was eight years old and began playing and writing his own music right away.

Vincent Poag's debut CD Circling Back featured the tune "This Christmas." This festive song, which reached #34 on the FMQB/ACQB Chart, is both timely and timeless. The following single, "Stress," charted at #5 on the FMQB/ACQB list, alongside singers such as OneRepublic, Adele, and Coldplay.

The album starts off with a little Spanish delight with “Barcelona” and then carries on to a slow-beat jazz-like track titled “Heartbreak.” His vocals soar through each track. His songs are predominantly influenced by the musical effect. There is clear importance given to the instruments in each track, boosting more energy to his vocals.
